Where to ask onboarding questions about the core loop
New to HIIE and unsure how the pieces fit together? Start with the resources designed for getting oriented, then reach out if you are still stuck.
The core loop in brief
The HIIE workflow is straightforward: sign in at /connect, create a project, and describe what you want to build. From there Camelia — the AI copilot — coordinates the specialist sub-agents across documents, design, CAD, and flows automatically. You guide the work; Camelia directs the agents and takes real actions on your project.
Self-serve first
The FAQ on the /help page answers the most common onboarding questions, including how to get started, what file formats CAD produces, how billing works, and how your data is protected. For deeper explanations, the knowledge base at /kb has articles on agents, flows, CAD design, and billing organized by category.
Asking a person
If you still have a question, use the contact form on /help. It works whether or not you are signed in, so you can ask even before your first project. Describe what you are trying to do; submissions become tracked tickets in HIIE's support system, and if you are signed in your account email is attached so support can reply.
Inside a project
Once you are in a project, Camelia herself is the most direct place to ask how to accomplish something — she is grounded in your real projects and files and can act on them, not just answer questions.
