Reporting a bug (submitted at high priority)
If something in HIIE breaks — a flow that errors, a build that fails, a page that misbehaves — use the contact form on /help to report it. Bug reports are triaged at high priority.
Triage before you report
Many failures are transient or service-related. The fastest first step is to check the /status page to see whether HIIE's services are up. If everything is healthy, try re-running the action that failed. If the issue still persists, report it.
How to file a useful report
Use the "Ask a Question" form on /help and describe exactly what you were doing when the problem occurred. Helpful details include the section you were in (for example documents, design, flows, or canvas), what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. The more precise the reproduction steps, the faster support can act.
What "high priority" means
Bug reports submitted through the form are handled at high priority within HIIE's support system. The submission creates a tracked ticket in HubSpot, so your report has an identity that support can follow up on rather than disappearing into an inbox.
Reaching you for follow-up
If you report while signed in, your account email is attached to the ticket automatically so support can reply. If you are signed out, include contact details in your message. You do not need to be signed in to report a bug — the form works on the public site too.
