Checking service health on the /status page
The /status page shows the health of HIIE's backend services so you can tell at a glance whether a problem is on your end or ours.
What it shows
The status board reports the health of HIIE's core services. It is the place to look first whenever a build, flow, or CAD generation behaves unexpectedly.
How fresh the data is
The page updates every 30 seconds, so what you see reflects the current state of the platform rather than a stale snapshot.
When to check it
Check /status whenever an action fails. If services are reporting healthy, the issue is likely transient — try re-running the action that failed. If a service is degraded or down, that explains the failure, and the right move is to wait for it to recover before retrying.
If services look healthy but you still have a problem
When the board is green but something is still broken for you, treat it as a bug. Use the contact form on /help to report it, and include what you were doing — bug reports are handled at high priority. You can reach /status directly from the Resources section of the /help page.
