Our policy: data is not sold and not used to train third-party models

HIIE commits that it does not sell your data and does not use it to train third-party models. This is stated on both the Security and AI Transparency pages.

What we commit to

The core commitment is straightforward: your data is not sold, and it is not used to train third-party models. This applies to the content you create and the prompts you send through HIIE.

A policy commitment, not a cryptographic guarantee

We're careful about how we phrase this. "Not sold / not used to train third-party models" is a policy commitment — a promise about how HIIE and its vendors handle your data — not something enforced by cryptography. To deliver results, your prompts are sent for managed inference through OpenRouter (which routes to model providers), and 3D generation requests — text prompts and concept images — go to Meshy (api.meshy.ai) or the self-hosted build123d service on Railway. Those services process your inputs to produce outputs.

How it fits with encryption

This policy works alongside HIIE's technical protections: per-user data is encrypted at rest with server-only keys, data in transit uses TLS, and bring-your-own provider keys are encrypted and never returned to the browser. The encryption protects data at rest and in transit; the policy governs how processed data may and may not be used.
