Asking Camelia to organize or smart-label your documents
Camelia can clean up and label your project's Documents for you. The file browser exposes two Camelia-powered buttons — Organize and Smart Label — that stream a live run so you can watch the work happen.
Organize
Organize is the deeper pass. Camelia deduplicates files, flags conflicts, applies smart labels, and moves misfiled files into the right backbone folder. It's the right choice when a project's Documents folder has grown messy — for example, after importing a repo or accumulating drafts.
Smart Label
Smart Label is the lighter pass: it labels only the files that are currently unlabelled, leaving everything else untouched. Use it when your folders are already well organized and you just want tags applied to new files.
How labels work
Labels are short smart tags like Research, Spec, Legal, Design, or Finance. Camelia can set a label on any document, and labels make files easier to find and group later. When she lists files, unlabelled ones are clearly marked so she knows which need attention.
Deletions stay gated
Organizing can involve a lot of moving and relabeling, all of which Camelia applies directly because it acts on your own project data. Deletions are the exception: if cleaning up would remove a file, Camelia doesn't delete it on her own — she raises an approval popup, and the deletion only happens if you approve it. So you can run Organize confidently knowing nothing gets removed without your sign-off.
Tip
Run Smart Label often as a quick hygiene step, and save the full Organize pass for when a project has accumulated clutter or conflicting copies.
